The World's Largest Excavator Requires 35 Trains for Leather Shipment in China

The world's largest excavator made in China, has gone too far from the country to export Chile. World Factory Network learned that the world’s largest excavator is 20 meters high and weighs 1,800 tons (it is too heavy to produce). It takes 35 trains to transport it.

Taizhong has signed an export contract with Chilean merchants for the largest excavator in the world, the 55 cubic meter excavator. It is reported that this was the first time a 55-cubic-meter excavator had left the country after the heavy lifting of two 35-cubic-meter excavators in South Africa.

Since 2010, the heavy production of excavator products for the first time realized the export to the Russian and Peru markets. In 2011, it was too quick to accelerate the internationalization of excavators: two 4 cubic meters excavators were exported to Kazakhstan; two 10 cubic meters were excavated. The machine was exported to India; on December 7, it was too heavy to sign an export contract with Russia for four 35-cubic-meter large excavators. In 2011, only one excavator was exported, and the order amount reached 340 million yuan.

As the world's largest excavator, the 55-cubic-meter excavator is nearly 20 meters high, which is equivalent to the height of a six-storey building and weighs 1,800 tons. It takes 35 trains of leather to transport it. The signing of this export contract was not only the first time heavy excavator products entered the Chilean market, but also achieved a breakthrough of zero export weight of 55 cubic meters excavator too, which laid a solid foundation for too heavy products to open up a broader international market.
