Pvc Resin

PVC resin is a polar amorphous polymer, there is a strong force between the molecules, is a hard and brittle material; Low impact strength. After adding the impact modifier, the elastomer particles of the impact modifier can reduce the total silver grain induced stress, and use the deformation and shear band of the particle itself to prevent the expansion and growth of the silver grain, absorb the impact energy in the body of the incoming material, so as to achieve the purpose of impact resistance. The particle size of modifier is very small, so as to increase the amount of modifier per unit weight or unit volume, so that the effective volume fraction is increased, and the ability of dispersing stress is enhanced.
