4. Create a new folder in the E drive. The “Storage File†in the program settings is the address where the data is saved and the data is placed in its own folder.
5. After the temperature reaches the experimental temperature, place a 10cm x 10cm cellophane on the mold cavity, place the glue on the glass paper, and place a piece of cellophane on the glue. Then click the "Start" button to start the experiment.
6. Save the data after the experiment and clean the mold cavity.
Note: No.1 and No.2 vulcanizers have a rotor vulcanizer, No. 3 vulcanizers have a rotorless vulcanometer, and a rotor vulcanometer has a large torque, which is suitable for rubbers with a large viscosity, and for rubbers with a low viscosity, such as Silicone rubber, liquid rubber, etc. are suitable for the No. 3 rotorless vulcanizer with less torque.
