On October 15th, the “Twelfth Five-Year†National Science and Technology Support Program “Tyre Life Cycle Green Manufacturing Key Technology and Equipment R&D and Industrialization†project acceptance meeting was held in Qingdao, from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Qingdao Science and Technology Bureau, industry association, Experts and leaders of research institutes and related enterprises attended the meeting.
Since 2011, Soft Control, as the lead unit of the project, organized Sailong Group Co., Ltd., Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Qingdao Yuantong Machinery Co., Ltd. to promote the implementation of the project, and has successively refurbished the ring tread technology. New breakthroughs have been made in key technologies and processes such as tire film electronic radiation pre-vulcanization technology, radial tire repair process and key technologies, pneumatic energy control and management technology for tire companies, and high-efficiency vulcanization technology for radial tires.
During the implementation of the project, the project team developed and completed the refurbishment tire key equipment, digital old tire repair complete set of key testing equipment, low temperature one-time rubber production system, tire film electronic radiation pre-vulcanization production line and other equipment, effectively improving the existence of China's tire industry. High energy consumption, high emissions, high pollution and low added value have played a significant role in promoting the development and application of green manufacturing technology in China's tire industry.
Through the implementation of the project, the project team has applied for a total of 28 patents, published 23 scientific papers, formulated 2 national standards, 5 industry standards, and obtained 8 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards from Shandong Province and Qingdao City.
On the same day, the expert team went to the race site to check the application of the relevant equipment and technology. After sufficient inquiry and discussion, the expert group believes that the project has fulfilled the prescribed objectives and tasks, and has met the requirements of the assessment indicators in both technical and financial aspects.
