Instruction of Spherical Roller Bearing:
    Spherical roller bearings consist of two rows of rollers, one outer ring with spherical raceway, one inner ring with two raceways and one spacer.
   They are self-aligning and consequently insensitive to misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing and to shaft deflection or bending. Spherical roller bearings can carry high radial loads or proper axial loads in both directions.
Structure Type:

E: it is the latest design, using symmetric spherical roller, two piece of pressed steel cages, flangeless inner ring and guide ring centred on the cage. Guide ring around the outer can improve lubricating condition on roller face of end. It can also reduce friction, help guiding roller in the non-load region, and assist roller into the loading area, meanwhile, the length of roller is getting longer so that the load rated has been enhanced.
EAE4 type: it consists of symmetric spherical roller , two piece of pressed steel cages, flange less inner ring and guide ring cantered on the cage . In general, this kind of bearing has more roller quantities and higher dynamic loading rating. It has simple structure ,higher load capacity .lower friction moment, lower noise and longer life.

CC type: it consists of two pressed steel cage ,flange less inner ring and guide ring centered on the inner ring it adopts symmetrical spherical roller,which bear the larger load, longer life compared with CA type.

CA type: it consists of one piece of machined brass cage , one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring centered on the inner ring, the limit speed is higher ,and have a relatively small noise.

MB type: it consists of two piece of machined brass cage ,one inner ring with double flanges and one guide ring centered on the inner ring ,its performance and characteristics are similar to CA, but load rating is lower .

Tapered bore :with some exceptions, all spherical roller bearings are produced with a tapered bore ,these bearings can be used together with the adapter or withdrawal sleeve so that its are easy to be fixed and dis-assembly the bearing .the bearing 240,241,248 and 249 series have a taper of 1:30 designation suffix K30, and the other series have a taper of 1:12,designation suffix K.

Annular groove and lubrication holes: spherical roller bearings often have one annular groove and three lubrication holes on the outer ring ,designation suffix W33

1. Water supply equipment
It is composed of water treatment equipment, water supply tank and feed pump 24. 2. Ventilation
The ventilation equipment includes air supply fan, induced draft fan and chimney. 3. Fuel supply, slag removal and dust removal equipment

4. Check instruments and automatic control equipment
