The Heater Manufacturing Contract signifies that the domestically produced high-efficiency heat exchanger has entered the domestic advanced ranks and has become the first Chinese oil company to master the core technology of this equipment manufacturing.
UOP high-flux heat exchanger is a large-scale high-efficient energy-saving high-end equipment, widely used in the field of petrochemicals. Due to the extremely high content of welding technology in this equipment, the core technology has been monopolized by American companies for many years. At present, only one company in Jiangsu Province has mastered this technology. The base material of the high-flux heat exchanger is made of nickel-copper alloy. The heat exchange tubes with inner surface sintering and outer surface rolling longitudinal fins can significantly enhance the heat transfer. The heat transfer coefficient can be improved by an order of magnitude and can be larger than the light tube. The range increases the operational load capacity of the equipment and the energy saving effect is significant.
Daqing Petrochemical Machinery Factory technical personnel after more than 5000 welding process test results show that the performance indicators have reached the domestic advanced level.
