(1) When the core is inspected and repaired, the insulation resistance should be tested. If there is more grounding, the cause should be checked and eliminated.
(2) During installation, check the gap between the top of the bell jar and the clip on the iron core and remove it if touched.
(3) When transporting, the connector of the fixed transformer core should be disconnected during installation.
(4) The core bolt insulation should be good. Inspect the metal seat cover on the outer ends of the iron core screw insulation cover to prevent the seat cover from being too long and touching the iron core to cause a short circuit.
(5) The winding screw bolts should be tightened to prevent the nuts and seat covers from loosening and causing the core to be short-circuited. Iron core and iron yoke static screen conductors should be tightly secured to prevent suspension discharge.
(6) The core and the clamp are led out of the grounded transformer through a small bushing. The ground wire should be led to an appropriate position so that the ground wire can be monitored for circulation during operation. When there is circulation and it cannot be eliminated in time, temporary measures can be taken, that is, the resistance of the string is limited in the ground loop, and the current is generally controlled below 300 mA.
