The European Chemicals Agency (European Chemicals Agency) recently released the list of nominations for the first "Highly Concerned Chemicals" (SVHC) under REACH. The list contains 16 chemicals that are submitted by authoritative organizations in the European Union, among which 5 are from France, 3 from Norway, 2 from Austria, Germany and Sweden, and 1 from England and the Netherlands. The European Chemicals Agency is inviting relevant organizations to evaluate the list, and the final list of “highly concerned chemicals†may change.
The 16 chemicals include: fluorene; 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane; dibutyl phthalate; cyclododecane; cobalt dichloride; arsenic pentoxide; arsenic trioxide; sodium dichromate Xylene musk; Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate; Hexabromocyclododecane; Chloro-C10-13 alkanes; Ditributyl tin oxide; Acid lead arsenate; Triethylarsenic; Acid esters; butyl benzyl phthalate.
