The delegates proposed that under the current background of a slow global economic recovery, CPE companies should strengthen information communication and hope that the CPE Committee will continue to play an important role in maintaining product price stability and standard setting, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry. At the same time, all relevant companies must strengthen industry self-discipline, introduce national standards for CPE products as soon as possible, and standardize the market for CPE products. Delegates also suggested that CPE companies should increase cooperation and communication with domestic large and medium-sized polyolefin manufacturers, increase supply channels for polyolefin-specific raw materials, and reduce dependence on imported raw materials.
In addition, in response to the large amount of sewage discharged from CPE production, the delegates called for accelerating the research and development of clean production technology for plasma CPE and strive to improve the production technology level of China's CPE to meet the country’s increasingly stringent environmental and safety requirements.
