The working principle is as follows: In a horizontal cylinder of a dryer, a stirring shaft and stirring blades are installed. The jacket, stirring shaft and stirring blade of the barrel can all pass into the heating medium. Under the action of stirring, the material is fully mixed and exchanged in the barrel. The solvent vapor is discharged through the vacuum port on the shell and passed through the bag filter. Dust, enter the condenser to condense and recover. After the drying requirement is reached, the machine stops and the material is discharged from the discharge port at the lower part of the cylinder, and then the operation of the next batch of material is performed. Intermittent operation, circular cylinders, and precision machining of dynamic and static seal points enable the device to achieve a high degree of vacuum.
