Analysis of the relationship between digestion digester quality and heat transfer media

Digestion furnace digestion quality determines the quality of nitrogen determination. Therefore, digester digestion quality is a concern for users. However, since the digestion furnace is a large energy consumer in the laboratory, the digestion furnace needs to consider how to meet the digestion requirements. Reduce energy consumption. At present, the digester heating supplied on the market is all electrically heated, and the heat conduction is conducted through the medium to the digestive tube. Different media have a direct relationship with the quality and energy consumption of the digester. Therefore, the digestion digester quality and the heat transfer medium are analyzed. The relationship can help improve the production process of the digester and increase the digestion quality of the digester while reducing energy consumption.

Digester

At present, the heat-transfer medium consists mainly of three kinds of aluminum ingots, graphite and quartz. They belong to three different materials and therefore have different heat conduction properties. Let us explain the application of these three types of heat transfer media to digestion furnaces. The little and the bad.
1. The advantages of aluminum ingots are faster heat conduction (thermal conductivity up to 237W/mK), and because of the high thermal conductivity, the temperature difference between the samples is small and the stability is good. At the same time, aluminum ingots have good anti-corrosion performance, but the disadvantage of aluminum ingots is that they must have a large enough volume for constant temperature, and the visible light and near-infrared light generated by electric heating are not used, so the utilization efficiency of heat energy is low, and energy consumption is low. Higher.
2. The price is one of the most significant aspects of graphite. The same volume of aluminum ingot is 3 times that of graphite, so the cost of graphite digestion furnace is very low. However, due to the non-metallic characteristics of graphite that is slow heat conduction, and graphite thermal conductivity decreases with the increase of temperature, but also makes the digestive tube above the medium temperature, temperature difference, easy to wall, affecting the digestive quality.
3. The quartz heating element uses pearlescent milk quartz tube with electric heating material, which has excellent and reliable far-infrared radiation characteristics. The temperature difference between the samples is small. Due to the use of heat radiation, the temperature difference between the digestive tubes becomes smaller. The high conversion efficiency of electricity and heat energy can effectively reduce the energy consumption, but due to the high processing requirements of the pearl white quartz tube, the production cost is high.
It can be seen that different heat transfer media have different effects on digester digestion quality. Infrared quartz radiation digestion furnace has more performance than the other two, and although its production cost is high, it is relatively aluminum ingots and graphite. In fact, the cost of its use is very low. From a long-term perspective, the cost-effectiveness of radiant heating of quartz is very high. Therefore, with the development of society, the acceptance of users is getting higher and higher.

Maintenance & Care:

In order to prolong the life of your microscope please follow these important care and maintenance instructions.

Your microscope comes in a Styrofoam case which protects the instrument during shipping and transportation. Please keep the original Packaging in the event a microscope needs to be returned for servise or repair,

Always store your microscope in a cool, dry place, replacing it into the box when not in use, or covering it with the dust cover. Keep the lens objective in place in themicroscope when not in use to avoid dust and figerprint contamination and always avoid touching the glass optics.

Should your optical surfaces and lenses become dusty and smudged, blow gently on the surface to remove loose dust and dirt particles.

If the lens is still smudged or dirty, wiping with lens paper will clear up smudgeds. For persistent smudges, use a mixture of rubbing alcohol diluted with water to remove the contaminant. Wipe on with lens paper or a soft, cotton and gently wipe dry.

Always turn off LED illuminators when not in use.
