Microcomputer Relay Protection Device Field Inspection and Design Requirements

First, the on-site maintenance of the relay protection device of the microcomputer includes:

(1) Measuring insulation (2) Checking the inverter power supply (3) Check whether the curing procedure is correct. (4) Verify the accuracy and balance of the data acquisition system.

(5) Checking the digital input and output circuits (6) Checking the list of values (7) Checking the entire group (8) Checking the primary and the working voltages. Check the maximum and minimum impedance of each bus bar of the system and check the relay protection device of the microcomputer. Whether the linearity can meet the requirements of the system. Particular attention should be paid to the relationship between the secondary resistance of the current transformer and the proportional coefficient of the current in the relay protection device of the microcomputer and the linearity of the relay protection device of the microcomputer.

The instruments and meters used for the inspection shall be managed by special personnel of the inspection personnel, and special attention shall be paid to the protection against moisture and vibration, and the guarantee errors of the instruments and meters shall be within the specified range. Use should be familiar with its performance and operation methods, the use of advanced precision instruments should generally be monitored.

Second, the design requirements:

(1) Microcomputer relay protection devices should have anti-electromagnetic disturbance capability.

(2) Microcomputer relay protection device should be equipped with automatic online detection. Any abnormality in the microcomputer part of the microcomputer relay protection device shall be issued with abnormal device information, and the corresponding protection shall be automatically blocked when necessary. However, the design of the outlet circuit of the protection device should be simple and reliable. It is not appropriate to add elements that may reduce the reliability in this circuit in order to achieve a complete self-test of the outlet circuit.

(3) All output terminals of the relay protection device of the microcomputer should not be electrically connected to its weak current system.

(4) The microprocessor relay protection device should be provided with a self-healing circuit. When the program is caused to die due to interference, it should be able to recover from its normal operation.

(5) The microprocessor relay protection device should not lose the report when it is disconnected from the power supply.

(6) The microcomputer relay protection device should have the function of time.

(7) For the deactivation section of the same type of relay protection device for microcomputers, a uniform setting symbol shall be specified.

(8) Microcomputer relay protection devices for 110Kv and above power systems shall have the function of measuring the distance of fault points.

(9) The secondary current transformer used in the protection device of the microcomputer transformer should be star-wired, and its phase compensation and current compensation coefficient should be implemented by software.

(10) The same type of microcomputer high-frequency protection should be configured at both ends of the same line.

(11) The group screen scheme of the same microcomputer relay protection device should not be too much.
