Introduction:
Liquid line magnetic ferrous traps designed to extract remove the ferrous materials from liquid and slurry lines in order to purify the material in the production process. Strong magnetic traps filter the flow and extract the unwanted ferrous metal. While the slurry and liquid flows around the magnetic tubes, a very strong magnetic field (generated by the neodymium NdFeB magnets inside of the tubes) traps all metallic particles on the surface of the tubes.
In the course of manual cleaning the inner part of the separator is taken out, the magnetic cores are pulled out of the tubes (by operating lever) and the captured magnetic impurities fall off the tubes spontaneously.

All units incorporate a sump type housing to trap ferrous particles. Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
 Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.       
 Q:Guarantee period:
   A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.

The fundamental reason why leather is soft is that when leather is made, oil is introduced into the interior of animal skin to form an oil film that completely covers the surface of the fibers inside the skin, that is, a layer of oil film with appropriate thickness is used to separate the surface of the fibers inside the skin. In this way, the friction between the fibers inside the leather is equivalent to the friction of the oil molecules, so the leather will be very soft.
