JET Series Brushless Synchronous Alternator are made adopted Stamford alternators technology and according to the standards of GB755,IEC60034,NEMA etc. The alternators have standard features: voltage adjust, stability adjust, under frequency roll off, over exciting protection, low radio interference, etc. The stators are 2/3 pitch winding, the rotors are fixed sequential damper winding. The stator core is designed landler taking advantage of CAD, ensuring a very low waveform distortion. "H" class insulation system is provided the high build required for static windings and the high mechanical strength required for rotating components.

1)Advanced automatic voltage regulator control for trouble-free operation under the most demanding condition
2)Easy paralleling with mains or other generators .Standard 2/3 pitch windings avoid excessive neutral currents.
3) Dynamically balanced rotor, with sealed-for-life ball bearings and single or two-bearing construction.
4)Simple installation and maintenance with easy access to terminals, rotating diodes and coupling bolts.
5)Wide range of Flange adaptor and single bearing coupling disc.
 
MECHANICAL FEATURES
 
Voltage regulation
 
Voltage regulation refers to the change of voltage from no-load to full-load with power factor ranging from 0.5 to 1 and 2.8%s fluctuation of the speed of engine. Voltage is adjusted via potentiometer of AVR, model: SX460, SX440
 
Axis and Key
 
All of alternator rotors should pass balance test, whose vibrations are lower than the minimum of BS6861 P.1,G 2.5 two bearing alternator has a half-key testing balance
 
Terminal and terminal box
 
The three-field alternator had 12 leads brought out to the terminals in the terminal box. The terminals are put on the non drive end . The box is equipped with removable panels.

Insulation Class H
 
All regulatory components are made up with special materials and are immersed in lacquer by peculiar tech. Vanish and colophony materials are develop to strengthen the processing and machinery intensity of windings and revolving parts for protecting the alternator work under corrosive environment.
 
Winding and electric features
 
2/3 pith winding design can effectively eliminate the third harmonic wave(3th.9th,15th) of the voltage ,which is the best design of UPS for nonlinear load .Connected with the network in parallel, the structure can restrain excessive currents in the midline. This and the 2/3 pitch help to check the wave distortion and output voltage.
