Iron equipment is a widely used beneficiation plant, a large inertial force, poor working conditions, crushing equipment heavy-duty work. In order to ensure the normal continuous operation of the equipment and give full play to the production capacity of the equipment, in addition to correct operation, frequent maintenance and regular maintenance, it is necessary to accurately and timely judge and eliminate possible malfunctions during work.
The main points in the operation of iron-selecting equipment are as follows:
(1) Crusher idling, the lower metal crash occurs. When the iron-selecting equipment is working at no load, the metal impact sound in the lower part may be due to the following three reasons: 1 The crashing sound of the crushing motorized cymbal and the fixed dentition plate is caused by the too small discharge port, and should be adjusted in time.
2 Impact sound in the thrust plate support or in the gasket adjusting device, generally due to the elastic loss or damage of the tension rod spring, or the spring is not pressed tightly, and the combination of the moving plate bracket and the body is not tight, so that When the bracket head and the two ends support impact, or adjust the gasket to collide with each other, the compression nut should be tightened in time until the impact sound disappears.
3 It is also possible that the bracket support slider is worn or slack, and the head of the bracket is severely worn, and should be replaced in time.
(2) There is metal impact sound and lining plate shaking during work. This phenomenon is mostly caused by loosening of the side liner and the tooth plate (moving and fixed) of the crushing chamber, loosening or breaking of the fastening screw, and should be tightened or replaced in time.
(3) The rear bracket is broken frequently. In addition to transmitting power, the rear bracket is still insured by its lack of strength. Except for the low strength of the middle part of the bracket, its strength is not enough to overcome the damage caused by the crushing force of the normal broken ore. It may be that the tension spring is over-tightened, and the crushing force during operation makes it overload and break. Adjust the spring.
(4) The flywheel turns and the crusher does not work. The reason is that the pull rod spring and the tie rod are damaged, the pull rod nut is tripped to release the bracket from the support slider, and the toggle plate may be broken off, and the installation should be replaced.
(5) The flywheel swings remarkably, and the eccentric shaft rotates slowly. The fault is caused by the looseness or damage of the pulley and the flywheel key, and the wheel and the shaft cannot rotate synchronously.
(6) The coarseness of the crushed product is a result of severe wear of the lower part of the broken liner. The plate should be replaced or replaced with a new liner to adjust the size of the discharge port to the required size.
