Copper Steel Core Wire Cable Stripper

Function:

FC series of scrap wire cable stripper  is used to strip scrapped copper or aluminum wires and cables to recover and recycle copper and aluminum. Wires and cables that this series of machine process should be straight or without knots.




Application:

The cable stripper applies to various types of electric wires and cables, including copper wires, aluminum wires, steel wires, etc. Various rubber cables are easy to be stripped. Moreover, the enamel wire stripper can strip single-core or twin-core flat wires at one time.
 
Features:

1. Two or Four adjusting handles to adjust the distance between knives or rollers;
2. Simple operation and blade replacing;
3. Heavy-duty gearbox and electric motor with start/stop button and safety shutoff.
4. With CE certificate for all models.

Main Structure:

1). Inlet wire wheel: conveying materials and stripping wire head;
2). Outlet wire wheel: conveying wires for the stripping machine and stripping wire tail;
3). Inlet wire wheel gap adjusting knob: Adjust the wire stripping machine inlet wire wheel gap;
4). Wire stripping machine inlet wire wheel pressure adjusting knob: adjust inlet wheel gap;
5). Inlet wire wheel lifting knob;
6). Outlet wire wheel gap adjusting knob;
7). Outlet wire wheel pressure adjusting knob;

9). Knife holder assembly. 

Packing:

Cable stripping machine will be packed in ply wooden case before shipping.
